As of this moment the mid section is made from 7075 T651 aluminum, and everything else from 6082 T651 aluminum.
How much does the vision chassis with covert forend weigh?
The vision chassis with covert forend weight is as followed:
Without night vision bridge: approximately 2,02kg (4,45lb)
With 1 and 2 night vision bridges: approximately 1: 2,07kg (4,56lb), 2: 2,12kg (4,67lb).
(This is with the 200STR/SSG3000 mid section, the weight may vary with different mid sections)

How is the chassis surface finished?
The vision chassis is a mix of anodized and cerakoted parts.
Every main part (mid section, buttstock, forends and top covers) are cerakoted.
And every small part (brackets, bagrider, buttons etc.) are anodized.
